Understanding the Corner Shelves:

Each Top Tier Corner Shelf is made of two sides:

• The Foundation Side
  • Installed first.
  • Attaches to a wall.
• The Extension Side
  • Installed second.
  • Attaches to the front of the Foundation Side.

 Because the Extension Side begins at the front edge of the Foundation Side, you'll need to account for the extra 34 inches of depth. For example, a 4-ft and 4-ft shelf requires 4 feet on the Foundation Side and nearly 7 feet on the Extension Side due to the 34-inch depth of the Foundation.
