Top Tier Shelving Co. Refund and Return Policy

Top Tier Shelving Company is not a huge company, and returns really hurt our small business. That's why we offer incredible FREE resources - like our Top Tier Designers and the Shelf-Help Guide - to help you order correctly the first time. 

We want every customer to get the right shelving for their garage with no hassle.

However, we understand that sometimes returns are unavoidable, and we've made the process as simple as possible.

30-Day Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return their shelving kit for a full refund.

Free Return Shipping

We cover all return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it securely to the original box, and drop it off at any UPS location.

Inspection and Refund Process

  • When the returned kit arrives at our facility, it will be inspected for damage and missing components.
  • If the kit is in good, resalable condition, we will issue a full refund.
  • If any parts are damaged or missing, we will deduct the value of the loss from the refund amount.
  • To avoid damage, please wrap each assembly in the foam wrapping that was sent from us. Use the packing peanuts and padding as well.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be granted on the same business day that the return is accepted at our facility. Please allow 1-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact Us with your order details (often, we can find your order just by name, but an order number is very helpful) to request a return label.

  • Pack the shelving kit securely in the original wrapping, packaging, and box.
  • Affix the shipping label and drop it off at any UPS location.
  • We'll notify you once your return is inspected and your refund is issued.
