Shipping policy
At Top Tier Shelving Company, we work hard to process and ship your order quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00pm (Eastern) on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm (Eastern), on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- UPS Ground is our standard shipping method.
- Free UPS Ground shipping is included for all orders of $100 or more.
- Orders under $100 will incur a flat $20 shipping charge.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost and are displayed at checkout.
Service Area
- We currently ship to the continental US only.
- Customers in Alaska and Hawaii must call us before placing an order as additional shipping charges will apply.
- We do not offer direct international shipping, but we are happy to work with a customer-provided shipping forwarder.
Tracking and Updates
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- At checkout, you may also opt-in for text updates from UPS for real-time package notifications.
Estimated Delivery times
- Most orders arrive in 1-5 business days.
- Generally speaking, here are a few typical transit times:
- 1 day: North and South Carolina, Virginia
- 2 day: East Coast states
- 3 day: Midwest
- 4 day: Arizona through Montana
- 5 day: West Coast
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement once a claim has been filed and confirmed with the carrier.
