Welcome to the Top Tier Shelving Company ("Top Tier", "we", "our", or "us") website. By using our website, purchasing our products, or otherwise interacting with Top Tier Shelving Company, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and the limits of our liability.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

  • Our website and its content (including text, images, product designs, and brand names) are owned by Top Tier Shelving Company and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. 
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to ship orders promptly, but shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather).
  • We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

4. Refunds and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our Refund Policy is as follows:

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return their shelving kit for a full refund.
  • We provide a prepaid UPS shipping label for all returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned kit:
    • A full refund is issued if the kit is in good condition.
    • If parts are damaged or missing, we will deduct the value of the loss from the refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-7 business days of inspection.

5. Product Use and Disclaimer

  • Top Tier Shelving kits are designed to hold up to 650 pounds per 4-ft section when installed according to our instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting proper lumber and ensuring correct installation into wall studs or concrete.
  • We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, overloading, or misuse of our products.
  • Always follow all safety guideline when installing or using our shelving.

6. Warranty

Top Tier Shelving Co.'s kits are built to last. That's why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our shelving kits. If you receive a defective part or hardware, Contact Us at returns@toptiershelving.com or (919) 624-8525 within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tier Shelving Company is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or our website.
  • Personal injury or property damage due to improper installation, overloading, or homeowner-caused damage to shelving.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, NC.
